I know China doesn’t officially recognize the Taiwanese flag due to the political conflicts between the two (I wouldn’t even go to use words like island/country/province to avoid arguments), but I just spotted this picture on the web showing the “tear down” of the National Stadium after the Olympics wrapped up… in the background the flag right next to the Swiss flag appears to be… a Taiwanese flag?
How is this possible?
