A story 8 years in the making. Came home tonight from work and found a letter from the Immigration and Naturalization Services – I have an appointment to get finger-printed for my green card / resident status approval:
To think that the original application was filed mid-1993… I have waited way too long for this, that it almost seemed anticlimactic.
Called my brother Philip and now I will plan to get the ball rolling in the eventual visit back to Taiwan.
