I was just surfing the net and realized that it's been more than a month since I have updated my main page with new entries... so here is why:
- I have a lot on my mind lately (those who knows me well knows why).
- I have decided to shift some of my allocated time for fun towards more "analog" hobbies.
- I am trying to set up some sort of photoblog for my site (but laziness and procrastination is preventing it from happening).
- My file server has been acting up, and I have been spending more time to back it up instead of working on constructive projects on my site
- I have been updating another web project of mine, the Sonar Fleet 5 site
The list goes on and on... but in any case hopefully I will get some new updates shortly. Thanks for the patience.

Some of the requirements for a media player, as far as I am concerned:
- long battery life
- stylish design
the mentioned player failed in both categories. In my opinion, I see Sony as a major challenger to Apple's iPod, the player of choice at the moment:
